Matute

Originating from Mexico, Matute, is an acclaimed group famous for their distinctive fusion of pop, rock, and electronic tunes, infused with nostalgic retro vibes. They make their debut London show as part of their 2024 world tour.

 

Formed in 2007 by Jorge D'Alessio, Tana Planter, Nacho Izeta, Pepe Sánchez, Irving Regalado, and Paco “Oso” Morales, the band brings back the decade of the 80s with a spectacular experience full of music and nostalgia. With a repertoire of classic hits by some of the biggest stars in the Spanish language, and some original compositions, Matute has performed over 1,000 concerts throughout their career, making them one of the most recognised bands in Mexico, selling out arenas all over the country, expanding their reach to the United States, Central America, and now Europe.

 

Following their successful Quinceañera Tour, the phenomenon known as Matute comes to London on Thursday 6^th February, 2025, at the Electric Brixton to celebrate the most epic 80s party in history "Matute in Concert."
