The Psychedelic World Of Cem Karaca

London's best Turkish music celebration returns for a third instalment, bringing us into The Psychedelic World of Turkish rock legend Cem Karaca.

Known for his distinctive voice, his work seamlessly fused rock, funk, and blues with traditional music and Anatolian psychedelia, addressing social and political issues that resonate with many to this day.

For this special night, London-based Turkish artist Djanan Turan will be joining forces again with The Flying Karpet Collective who have been at the forefront of the North London music scene for many years.

DJ Burak Cetindag will join them for the night with a vinyl set of 60s and 70s, to early 80s Anatolian psychedelic rock, jazz, beat, funk and disco gems that he has been introducing to new audiences on the warm sounds of rare vinyl.
