    Please Note

    • Santa’s Grotto opening times:
      • 28 November until 14 December: Sunday to Thursday, 4pm to 7pm.
      • 28 November until 14 December: Friday and Saturday, 4pm to 8pm.
      • From 15 December: open all days from 4pm to 8pm.
    • Santa’s Grotto is at an additional price to your Alice in Winterland ticket. Pricing starts at £7.00 for one child and 2 free adults with a goodie bag.
    • Photos with Santa are at additional price as well.
    • Toilets are located at the halfway point and at the end of the
    • Please dress warmly for the British outdoors
    • Please note that there will be no parking at Alice in Winterland and the surrounding area. We strongly recommend that you take public transport which is easily accessible to Southwark Park. Closest tube stations: Canada Water and Bermondsey.
    • As a courtesy to local residents please leave the Park quietly and kindly do not litter the park or local streets; use the bins provided
    • There is wheelchair access throughout the Alice in Winterland route.
    • Once your ticket has been used, you cannot re-inter the festival.
    • For group enquiries, please contact us to book your ticket
    • Tickets for infants aged 3 and under are free. Please ensure you bring these tickets with you in order to gain entry.
    • When booking student tickets, please ensure you bring a valid NUS card in order to gain entry.
    • Tickets are non-refundable.

    The Experience
    This Christmas, feel the magic of the childhood story of Alice in Wonderland come to life as you find yourself in the enchanting world of Winterland. Illuminated by handmade lanterns of all of your favourite characters and thousands of beautiful lights against the backdrop of the night sky, it is a winter’s evening you’ll be sure to never forget.

    Immersive Experience
    Follow in Alice’s footsteps as you embark on your adventure through Winterland. See the 5 metre tall Alice, the 4 metre high White Rabbit, meet the troublesome duo Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle-Dum, venture through insect city, see the Red Queen and much more. You’ll also get to slide down the rabbit hole, enjoy an invite to the Mad Hatter’s tea party, walk through the life-size chessboard and much more. It’s the perfect festive fun for all ages!

    Christmas Entertainment
    Quench your thirst with a stop-off at the food and drinks stalls. Grab a mug of piping hot mulled wine or enjoy something scrumptious to set those taste buds tingling. Sit at the Mad Hatter’s table and tuck in as you listen to the festive classics from the live musical entertainment!
