At around 90 metres high, the IFS Cloud Cable Car is the highest observation point over the River Thames spanning over 1km between Greenwich Peninsula (for The O2) and the Royal Docks (near ExCel London). You boarding pass is valid from either Royal Docks or Greenwich Peninsula.
Experience times:

The Round-trip ticket is valid from either Royal Victoria Docks or Greenwich Peninsula for non-stop round-trip travel.
Journey times vary according to passenger flow and weather conditions.
IFS Cloud Cable Car Line may temporarily close if there is threat of lightning and thunder to the surrounding area or extremely strong winds.
The IFS Cloud Cable Car is fully accessible to most wheelchairs and pushchairs.

Car parking facilities are available, including at North Greenwich Tube station and the O2.
Nearest toilet facilities are available at North Greenwich Tube station.
IFS Cloud Cable Car does not operate on the 25th of December.

Due to strike action services will start later than normal on the following dates:
Every Saturday between 28 September 2024 and 22 February 2025, services will run between 11:00 and 23:00
Thursday 31 October, services will run between 09:00 and 21:00
Friday 1 November, services will run between 11:00 and 23:00
Saturday 2 November, services will run between 11:00 and 23:00
There are also strikes planned for Sunday 3 November, Boxing Day and New Year’s Days but as these would be the standard Sunday hours there are no impact on operating hours.
